Saat ini, 4 mahasiswa IUP PWK UNDIP sedang melaksanakan kuliah Double Degree di Curtin University, Australia. Mereka adalah Eurico Aprizza Wirapratama, Baiq Aftry Fitarianda, Nadhira Nur Pratiwi, yang merupakan mahasiswa IUP Angkatan 2020 dan Reyhan Wisnu Aliandri, mahasiswa IUP Angkatan 2021. Keempat mahasiswa tersebut diterima di Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning di Curtin University, yang beralamat di Kampus Bentley di Perth. Mereka telah menyelesaikan kuliah 2 tahun awal di Prodi S1 Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota UNDIP, dan akan menyelesaikan 2 tahun akhir di Australia. Mereka akan mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota (Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning) dari 2 universitas, yaitu UNDIP dan Curtin University.

Since I started last semester, it always been a wonderful experience to study in Curtin. I have met many friends from all over the world, including Indonesian, which is not uncommon here. They are all very kind and helpful. They often help me during my hard time in the early days of living here. The best thing in Curtin is the learning experience. Curtin provides state-of-the-art facilities and services that you can use every day at any time as long as you have student ID. They also have this very integrated website called Oasis that is easy to navigate and has many features supporting your study. The lecturers here are very open to discussion and easy to approach. Perth, the city where Curtin University lies is a very pleasant city to live in. It is not too metropolitan and not too secluded. The transportation system here is great, you could get anywhere without a car as long as it is not too far away from the center. Although the weather can get too hot or too cold at times, they mostly stay at a comfortable range. The Double Degree program from Diponegoro University has given me the opportunity I’ve never imagine before, I’m so grateful to be part of this program.
