Geomatics and Planning Laboratory of Department of Urban and Regional Planning Undip collaborated with the Directorate General of Land and Space Survey and Mapping in preparing a study of loan to value assessment and land value capture based on geospatial data. The collaboration initiation activity began with a meeting between the two parties on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the Theater Room of the Dean Building of the Faculty of Engineering, Undip. At the event, Dr. Anang Wahyu Sejati as the Head of the Geomatics and Planning Laboratory gave a brief presentation regarding the plan. The meeting was attended by the Dean and Deputy Dean of Faculty of Engineering Undip, Head of the DURP Undip, Director of Thematic Survey and Mapping, Head of the Sub Directorate of Multipurpose IGT Services, and lecturers of the Geomatics and Planning Laboratory.

This collaboration is carried out in order to identify land value and provide an assessment for grading land value in a city. It is hoped that this collaboration can provide insights for governments, banks, investors, and consumers in designing more appropriate and sustainable investment policies and strategies in land studies in Indonesia.
