TRACER STUDY AND USER NEED 2020 – BACHELOR PROGRAM URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING

 

Urban and Regional Planning Department-UNDIP have conducted a tracer study and user needs in 2020. There were 73 alumni and 24 users involved during the survey process. Users from Local Government Agencies have dominated the graduate user profile around 38.1%. Then, 28.6% from consultants, 14.3% from NGOs, 9.5% from Central Government/Ministry, and 4.8% from Research Institutes, Owned Enterprises Country. In addition, the results of the tracer study also showed that the position of URP-UNDIP alumni in the workplace is varied from the Expert Team to Staff with details as follows: 35.1% as Expert Team; 32.4% as Division Head/Team Leader; 18.9% as Supporting Team; and 8.1% and 2.7% as Staff and General Manager & Individual Consultant, respectively.
