The Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Engineering-Diponegoro University received a visit from the Undergraduate Study Program – Department of Urban and Regional Planning – Tadulako University, on Wednesday 7 September 2022 offline in the DURP Theater room. The visit was opened with remarks by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wiwandari Handayani, ST, MT, MPS as Head of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and attended by 101 students and 3 lecturers from Tadulako University. There were also several representatives of DURP lecturers and student association.
The fieldwork visits of Tadulako University URP students took the theme “Resilient City”. Semarang and Undip were choosen to further get some lessons from disaster events in Semarang City (location of Diponegoro University) which were also experienced by Palu City (location of Tadulako University). To enrich the comparative study, the participants also get a lecture on Resilient City Concept and Practices which was delivered by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wiwandari Handayani, ST, MT, MPS.
